Apartments in a two-storey building without a lift, with a communal terrace on the top floor of the building. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, living room with television and a bedroom with a double bed or two normal beds.

On the top floor of the building is the terrace, where you can sunbathe in the summer months. The apartments, with a modern design, are equipped with everything you need for your holiday, whether for short stays of several days or longer stays, weeks, fortnights, full months and even apartments prepared for long-term rental for periods of one year.

Within 100 and 200 metres (in a radius) of the apartments, we find cafes, supermarkets, taxi rank, bus station and paid parking to park your vehicle.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and kitchenware. Bathroom with shower. Towels will be left in the apartment for all occupants and days of stay, as well as spare towels and bed linen. Living/dining room, sofa, dining table and chairs. One bedroom. Location, situation and surroundings: It is located on Calle San Miguel de Nerja, nº22. 1 minute from the Nerja Bus Station and taxi rank. To arrive by car, enter Calle Chillar in front of the bus stop where you can find parking a few meters away.

In the surroundings we find:

• Mercadona supermarket 50 meters away.
• Cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, shoe shops, sports shops, clothes shops, banks. All along the street
• The Nerja Caves are 3.5 km away by car, on the N-340 road.
• Free public parking 100 metres away and municipal parking 1 minute away by car.
• Less than 5 minutes walk from the Balcón de Europa * Some of Nerja’s beaches can be visited on foot, as they are 10 to 15 minutes away on foot: Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach, Calahonda Beach, El Salón Beach, La Torrecilla Beach.
• About 20 minutes by car we will find the Larios Shopping Center, in Torre del Mar (Vélez-Málaga)

• Ideal apartment for those who need an apartment with exterior views, however, if you are looking for a quiet apartment, we recommend another apartment with interior views. (the other apartment will have less noise).
• The apartments have a communal terrace for sunbathing (on the top of the building). Public and for all tenants.
• There are two washing machines on the terrace for public use by all those staying in the apartments. And several clotheslines for clothes.
• Shared terrace on the top floor of the building. It is a terrace for the entire building. If you need a private terrace, please let us know before booking and we will recommend an apartment with a private terrace.
