The RENTER will provide details of all individuals who will occupy the property 7 days prior to arrival for submission to the Spanish Guardia Civil, per the Decreto 28/2016, Holiday Home Rental Law. The OWNER is obliged by law to retain this information for no less than 1 year after the end of the contract. Details include, but are not limited to name, address, passport number (or national ID number), email address, and telephone number of each person using the property.
The RENTERS are obliged to keep the house, the furniture, and the belongings in the same state in which they are received, and to replace what is damaged, pay the cost of repair, or forfeit the security deposit. The possession of any type of animal is strictly prohibited. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted within the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit.
RENTAL FEE is set at the amount shown PLUS A 50 EURO CLEANING FEE, which must be paid by money transfer to the OWNER’S nominated bank account. The cost of electricity, internet and water are included in the price. This is due 45 days before arrival. The booking is held with a security deposit (see c)
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to 30 days of the arrival date will result in a full refund of the security deposit. If cancellation is within 14 days, a refund of 75% will be given, and within 7 days, a 50% refund will be given
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of 200 euros, will be deposited into the OWNER’s nominated bank account as 1) a sign of intent to fulfil this contract (to reserve the property), and 2) as a security deposit to cover potential damages that may occur during the term of the contract. The RENTER is responsible for any damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, walls, and other household items to the amount of the security deposit.
Upon a successful inspection of the property after departure, the OWNER will transfer the deposit back to the RENTER within 48 hours, subject to there being no outstanding damages (not counting normal wear and tear).
HOUSE RULES:
