Apartment on the second line of the beach totally new, it is rented for weekends, several days, weeks, fortnights and months. The best way to enjoy family vacations.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, equipped with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with two normal beds each, it is ideal for four or six people, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. It is located on the first floor and has an elevator.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped to be inhabited. The Apartment has a large terrace prepared with a large table and chairs, it has access to the terrace through the double bedroom and the living room, the terrace has views of the pool, to which we will also have access in summer seasons.

It is located on the second line of the beach (5 minutes walk). The entrance to the apartment is through a private street, only with pedestrian access to the building. To park you can do it in Casa Balcones street or nearby. It is also possible to park on a dirt esplanade 200m away. ADDRESS: Casa Balcones Street, Block 18, 1ºC.m

The street is private and cannot be accessed by car. But you can park in the nearby streets. (no private parking), There are cafes and supermarkets 2 minutes away. The apartment is located 8 km from Nerja and its famous Nerja caves, on the N-340 road. About 40 km from Malaga and 10 km from Vélez-Málaga and Torre del Mar. A few minutes away we find supermarkets and cafes. And about 10 minutes by car we will find the Larios Shopping Center, in Torre del Mar (Vélez-Málaga).

Conditions:

• Guarantee deposit: €200 (delivered before arrival and returned after cleaning by bank transfer or paypal). It is returned exclusively by bank transfer
• Check-in time: From 17:00h. In case it is possible to enter before. We will notify you before. But until 5:00 p.m. we do not have the keys to the apartment. The cleaning company will notify us as soon as they finish cleaning.
• Check Out time: Before 10:00 a.m. Put the keys in the apartment. On the table. Close the door. And notify that they have left the apartment. The cleaning company will be waiting to access the apartment.
• Parking: There is no private parking. It is possible to park in the nearby streets. But the apartment does not have parking and it is not possible to park in the private street of the apartment.
• Swimming pool: CHECK BEFORE BOOKING. And we check if the pool will be available. It is only available in summer time. (July, August and September). For other dates consult before booking.
• Reservation: 50% of the rent is paid when booking + guarantee deposit. and the rest of the rent on arrival in the same apartment. (sometimes the owner can modify these conditions, so we recommend checking at the time of booking).

Apartamento en segunda línea de playa totalmente nuevo, se alquila para fines de semana, varios días, semanas, quincenas y meses. La mejor forma de disfrutar las vacaciones en familia.

El apartamento cuenta con 3 dormitorios, equipados con 1 cama de matrimonio y 2 dormitorios con dos camas normales cada uno, es ideal para cuatro o seis personas, amplio salón-comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y dos baños. Se encuentra en una primera planta y cuenta con ascensor.

El apartamento se alquila totalmente amueblado y equipado para ser habitado. El Apartamento cuenta con una amplia terraza preparada con una gran mesa y sillas, tiene los accesos a la terraza por el dormitorio de matrimonio y por el salón, la terraza tiene vistas a la piscina, a la que también tendremos accesos en temporadas de verano.

Se encuentra en segunda línea de playa (5 minutos andando). La entrada al apartamento es por una calle privada, solo de acceso peatonal al edificio. Para aparcar podrá hacerlo en calle Casa Balcones o inmediaciones. También es posible aparcar en una explanada de tierra a 200m. DIRECCIÓN: Calle Casa Balcones, Bloque 18, 1ºC.m

La calle es privada y no se puede acceder con el coche. Pero se puede aparcar en las calles cercanas. (no hay parking privado), Hay cafeterías y supermercados a 2 minutos. El apartamento se encuentra a 8 Km de Nerja y sus famosas cuevas de Nerja, por la carretera N-340. A Unos 40 km de Málaga y 10 km de Vélez-Málaga y Torre del Mar. A pocos minutos encontramos supermercados y cafeterías. Y a unos 10 minutos en coche encontraremos el Centro Comercial Larios, en Torre del Mar (Vélez-Málaga).

Condiciones:

• Deposito de garantía: 200€ (se entrega antes de la llegada y se devuelve después de la limpieza por transferencia bancaria o paypal). Se devuelve exclusivamente por transferencia bancaria
• Hora de entrada: A partir de las 17.00h. En caso de que sea posible entrar antes. Le avisaremos antes. Pero hasta las 17.00h no tenemos las llaves del apartamento. La empresa de limpieza nos avisará en cuanto terminen de limpiar.
• Hora de salida: Antes de las 10.00h. Poner las llaves en el apartamento. Encima de la mesa. Cerrar la puerta. Y avisar de que han salido del apartamento. La empresa de limpieza estará esperando para acceder al apartamento.
• Parking: No hay parking privado. Es posible aparcar en las calles cercanas. Pero el apartamento no tiene parking y tampoco es posible aparcar en la calle privada del apartamento.
• Piscina: Solo esta disponible en época de verano. (Julio, Agosto y Septiembre). Para otras fechas consultar antes de reservar.
• Reserva: Se paga el 50% del alquiler al reservar + deposito de garantía. y el resto del alquiler a la llegada en el mismo apartamento. (a veces el propietario puede modificar estas condiciones. por lo que recomendamos consultar en el momento de la reserva).
