The apartment is located in a newly built building with 8 modern apartments, all of them with one bedroom. The apartment complex is distributed in a two-storey building without a lift, with a terrace. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV and a room with a double bed or two normal beds. On the top floor of the building is the terrace, where you can sunbathe in the summer months.

The apartments, with a modern design, are equipped with everything you need for your vacation, whether for short stays of several days or longer stays, weeks, fortnights, full months and even apartments prepared for long-term rental for periods of one year. . At 100 and 200 meters (around) from the apartments, we find cafeterias, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a bus station and free public parking to park your vehicle.

Amenities that the apartments have: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and kitchenware. Bathroom with shower. Towels will be left in the apartment for all the occupants and days of stay, towels and spare bedding will also be left. If sheets or towels are missing during the week, they will be given without any problem. Living/Dining room with 21″ TV and remote control, sofa, dining table and chairs. A bedroom. It is located on Calle San Miguel de Nerja, nº22. 1 minute from the Nerja bus station and taxi stop. To get there by car, enter Chillar street in front of the bus stop where you can find parking a few meters away.

* The apartments have a communal terrace for sunbathing (at the top of the building). Post and for all tenants.
* There are two washing machines on the terrace for public use by all those staying in the apartments. And several clotheslines for clothes.
