El apartamento está situado en un edificio de nueva construcción con 8 modernos apartamentos, todos ellos de una habitación. Apartamentos en el centro de Nerja, a pocos minutos de las playas que bañan al Paseo Balcón de Europa en Nerja. El conjunto de apartamentos está distribuido en un edificio de dos plantas sin ascensor, con terraza. Todos los apartamentos cuentan con cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo, salón comedor con televisión y habitación con una cama doble o dos camas normales (si necesita reservar apartamento con cama doble o dos camas juntas debe avisarlo en el momento de la reserva y le podemos recomendar otros apartamentos).

En la última planta del edificio se encuentra la terraza, donde podrán tomar el sol en los meses de verano. Los apartamentos, con un diseño moderno están equipados con todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones, ya sean para estancias cortas de varios días o estancias más largas, semanas, quincenas, meses completos y hasta apartamentos preparados para alquiler de larga temporada para periodos de un año.
